All sales are FINAL; we are unable to conduct refunds, returns or exchanges. Please let us know if you have received a damaged, defective or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note DAELux Essentials is not responsible for any delayed, stolen, lost or damaged packages that are delivered by USPS. Any claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier. Please be sure to confirm your billing and shipping info before completing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery of shipment due to incorrect addresses.
